Longtime friends of TMC, Patricia Nagelkirk and Jerry Dehner are the husband-and-wife force behind Cornovus Capital, a financing resource for commercial real estate and business owners that has, to date, assessed transactions valuing more than $3 billion. Recently, Cornovus partnered with TMC for brand overhaul to reassert the firm’s position as trusted experts and comprehensive financial solutions providers. Working collaboratively, TMC developed an entirely new brand identity including:

US Logistics & Nationwide Logistics
TMC helped US and Nationwide Logistics implement a drip campaign to help engage with their large prospect list. Each month, TMC custom designs email communications that feature personalized content to position USL as an expert in the industry and reinforce differentiators. For each email, TMC conducts A/B test messages/formats to determine which subject lines and content perform the best. These emails enhance the number of touch points with each prospect at each point in their lifecycle to stay top-of-mind and ultimately to help convert new agents.
In 2017, we launched a brand-building partnership with REDI Cincinnati and begin crafting strategic content to underscore their position as a regional thought leader and critical first point of contact for companies expanding or relocating in Greater Cincinnati.
Working as an extension of REDI’s marketing and communications team, we helped establish a verbal brand and build on their regional positioning work via weekly blogs and monthly newsletter from the President and CEO that serve to highlight Greater Cincinnati’s assets to engage, educate and empower stakeholders.
In addition, we routinely collaborate with the REDI team on signage, leave-behind literature, investor relations materials and any other needs that arise. In keeping with REDI’s own organization mission, we adopt a “roll up your sleeves” attitude to get things done.

Bartlett Wealth Management
In 2017, TMC took a unique departure from “business as usual,” teaming up with two other local firms in its pitch to Bartlett Wealth Management, one of Greater Cincinnati’s oldest and most respected wealth management entities. Since winning the business, TMC has focused on developing and implementing a multi-channel marketing strategy with components that include:
- Visual/verbal brand refresh (logo creation, refreshed color palette, messaging platform, brand standards)
- Graphic design (advertising campaign, identity set, holiday cards, signage, sales support materials)
- Ongoing content support (blogs, web content, award submissions, how-to guides)
Kenton County Public Library
An important part of the branding work we do at TMC is ensuring that all features of a new/refreshed brand are reflected in each client’s assets. That was the nature of a recent partnership with the Kenton County Public Library. Building on branding work we conducted in early 2018, TMC designers developed additional icons and a refreshed mobile app interphase that makes it easy for library users to access the services they previously enjoyed —searching catalogs, placing holds, renewing items, finding locations, and exploring programs —all within a clean, updated, engaging design that will serve the library network and its surrounding communities for years to come.
Baker Concrete Construction
In 2015, we were awarded an ongoing contract with Baker Concrete Construction, a nearly billion dollar a year company, and the national industry leader in concrete construction. Seven years prior, Baker had undergone a massive rebranding initiative. While successful at that time, the brand and specifically the marketing elements supporting the brand were quickly becoming out-of-date. We were hired to serve in an on-going consulting capacity focused on leading internal communication, a brand refresh, collateral development, launch of a new website execution, and brand-rebuilding.
